About

I grew up enjoying the sunshine of Southern California, always soaking in every family vacation locale declaring, “I think I am going to move here when I grow up.” From an early age, I had a love for travel, even though the view was always from the middle seat in the back of the family station wagon. With my brother and sister always an elbow away, we traveled throughout the Pacific Northwest and as far east as the Colorado Rockies thanks to the ambition of my parents to do an annual family trip.

I currently live in Los Angeles with my husband, two cats, and roughly 25 deer that travel through our yard daily. We spend the weekends working on our 1913 Craftsman house, cooking and baking for friends and plotting our next travel adventure.
